Welcome to the Volleyball Nominations!

1. This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and nomination for up to 6 SENIOR athletes from your league.

2. This form will ONLY be accepted if submitted by a MEMBER COACH.

3. ORDER IS IMPORTANT.

4. ONLY ATHLETES THAT PLAY FOR MEMBER COACHES WILL BE PLACED ON THE BALLOT.

5. This ballot shall represent the selections of the LEAGUE (not individual coaches).   Individual coaches can vote via the ballot to follow.
